This neighbourhood is mostly recently built high-rises with some walk-up, condominiums. All have excellent views of the water and the North Shore mountains or of downtown.

All of the shops, restaurants and entertainment downtown and along Robson Street are a short walk away.

Stanley Park is a walk, bike ride or inline skate tour away. Canada Place, Gastown, and the Vancouver Art Gallery are a short walk away.
