Killarney is the neighbourhood between East 41st and East 49th, centered around Rupert St. South of East 49th, Rupert turns to Kerr St, and Champlain is named for the mall though the neighbourhood has lots of twisting roads, trees, and parkland. The south end of the neighbourhood is dominated by Everett Crowley Park on the slope down to the Fraser River on one side of Kerr and Fraserview Golf course on the other. The community is served at its northern end by the Joyce SkyTrain Station.
