  • These communities lie on a quiet south-facing slope, between Mt Seymour Parkway and the Dollarton Highway. These neighbourhoods have lots of parkland and are nestled around the Burrard Inlet Indian Reservation #2, and are close to the Mud Flats bird sanctuary and nature reserve. The community has good access to Second Narrows Bridge, to access Vancouver and/or Burnaby workplaces.

Windridge and Windsor Park were developed in the 1960s, and many homes here were built by Alcan, with open floor plans & flat roofs, with large windows (for the scenic views) on large lots. The neighbourhood's cul de sacs and crescents provide safe low-traffic streets for children.

Roche Point is the neighbourhood north of the Burrard Inlet Indian Reservation #3 and against the west side of the Seymour Golf & Country Club.

    Shopping
At the east end of the community is the Parkgate Village Shopping Centre and to the west is the Real Canadian Superstore, just east of the Trans-Canada Highway 1 (Upper Levels Highway). A little further west is the Park & Tilford Centre with shopping, restaurants and movie theatre.

    Recreation
These neighbourhoods are across the street from the Canlan Ice Sports North Shore facility, Seymour Youth Centre, and the Ron Andrews RecCentre. Also nearby is Maplewood Farm, a functioning farm and children's attraction. .A bit to the west are the North Shore Winter Club, the SeyLynn Rec Centre, the fitness facilities at Cap College, and the North Shore Equestrian Club,

And also close-by is excellent skiing at Mount Seymour, and golfing at two golf courses.

    Schools
These neighbourhoods are served by Plymouth Elementary, and Windsor Park Secondary. The public library is just east beside the Parkgate Village Shopping Centre
